Who we are

Cairn is run by NAH EXCLUSIVE ACCESS - FZCO, a company of the IFZA free zone (Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority), licence no. 57488, at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Cairn is an app that helps people working in the UAE see their money clearly: what is safe to spend, the big payments ahead, savings and net worth.
Cairn provides information, not financial advice. Projections are estimates.
Cairn is not a bank and does not give investment, tax or legal advice. It never moves your money and never asks for your bank logins. Its figures come from what you enter.

You must be at least 18 to use Cairn, and the account is for you alone.
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at hello@cairn.ae if you think someone else used your account.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your data is then really deleted.

Cairn Free stays free, with no time limit.
Cairn Plus costs AED 249 a year (Founding Plan) or AED 29.99 a month. The Founding Plan's price stays the same for 24 months from your first paid day.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Cairn never sees or keeps your card number.

The Founding Plan can start with 14 free days, offered once per account, for 24 hours after you set up Cairn.
A card is asked for at the start. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, and we remind you by email 3 days before they end.
Cancel before the end of the 14 days and nothing is charged. Otherwise the yearly plan starts and is charged on that day.

Cairn Plus renews on its own, every year or every month, until you cancel. We email you 7 days before each yearly renewal.
You can cancel at any time in Settings, in a few taps. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Everything you added stays.
Payments already made are not refunded, unless the service is faulty, does not match its description or does not follow these terms, or where the law requires it. To ask for one, write to hello@cairn.ae.

What you add to Cairn stays yours. You can export it or delete it at any time in Settings.
The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

Do not try to break into Cairn, overload it, copy it or use it for anything unlawful. We may close an account that does.

We may update these terms. If a change affects your subscription or its price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. The Founding Plan's price lock always applies.
Cairn is provided as it is. Decisions about your money stay yours, and as far as the law allows, Cairn is not responsible for losses that come from them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai settle any dispute.
